Cauca Saudita: Antes esto se llamaba Fascismo<\/h2>\n

Camilo Gonz\u00e1lez Posso, expone en Cauca Saudita<\/a>, el proyecto extractivista que avanza en zonas de terror del Cauca (ver abajo). Para esto masacran y desplazan en el Cauca. Reiterar es in\u00fatil pero sigue siendo cierto<\/strong>. El TLC <\/a>con Canad\u00e1, que entr\u00f3 en vigencia e implementaci\u00f3n, aprovecha el terror que se hab\u00eda implementado para despejar territorios de modo que este tratado, legalice de manera perenne el despojo a trav\u00e9s de transnacionales. El que viene con EEUU har\u00e1 lo mismo. El terror, la muerte, las leyes de despojo, las locomotoras de Santos<\/a> sobre la seguridad democr\u00e1tica de Uribe. El Cauca convertido en campo de exterminio, de concentraci\u00f3n, para proyectos extractivistas. La guerra del Cauca, vengan de donde vengan las balas, le sirvi\u00f3, le viene sirviendo y le entrega en un ba\u00f1o de sangre y mentiras, en negociaciones en medio del terror a cambio del abandono de agendas de resistencia, territorios, pueblos, procesos y riquezas a la acumulaci\u00f3n del Capital transnacional. <\/p>\n

Es el mismo bombardeo de la OTAN en Libia<\/a>. La misma guerra entre tiranos, para que el pueblo lo pierda todo y ellos se queden con aquello por lo que vienen. No se violan derechos humanos en el Cauca. O no como se los entiende y se los denuncia rutinariamente, como homicidios y masacres. Son, en su conjunto, un gigantesco robo a mano armada. El Cauca ya se entreg\u00f3, ahora empieza la extracci\u00f3n de los bienes. Tal vez le den uno que otro empleo a afros e ind\u00edgenas despojados. Seguro, les quitan desde la vida hasta la dignidad y la conciencia. Antes esto se llamaba fascismo. Hoy no se llama as\u00ed, pero se implementa, solo que la ecuaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n incluye el efecto de la coacci\u00f3n extrema de modo que la gente puede escoger entre no entregarlo todo y ser masacrada, o entregarlo y ser esclavizada y despojada.<\/p>\n

Ahora que se ha desplazado a la gente. Ahora que se han concedido los territorios. Ahora que se han generado negociaciones y acuerdos que encubren estos megaproyectos mientras avanzan, el mapa del terror y de la muerte, el de la ocupaci\u00f3n integral de los territorios, el del Plan Colombia,<\/a> va quedando a la vista. Las 5 locomotoras vienen entrando detr\u00e1s de la muerte, de la mentira y de la compra-venta de pueblos y procesos al territorio de la resistencia y de\u00a0 la dignidad. Esto es el libre comercio. <\/p>\n

Der Kampf richtet sich gegen das \u00f6konomische Modell, das der Propaganda, der Legislation der Besitzenteignung und dem Nichteinhalten von Vereinbarungen und Konventionen dient. Ebenso hilft dieses System dem Staat dabei, das Projekt des Todes zu erreichen und zu erf\u00fcllen, w\u00e4hrend die Pl\u00e4ne des Lebens und die Agenden der D\u00f6rfer hinten angesetzt, verwirrt, verzerrt, ausgehandelt, niedergemacht und vergessen werden. Den Leuten wird es langweilig, immer das Gleiche zu h\u00f6ren. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/strong>Camilo Gonz\u00e1lez Posso spricht in Cauca Saudita <\/a>das Bergabbauprojekt an, das in den Zonen des Terrors voranschreitet (siehe unten). Daf\u00fcr t\u00f6ten und vertreiben sie im Cauca. Es zu wiederholen ist nutzlos, aber trotzdem richtig. <\/strong>Das TLC (Freies Handelsabkommen) <\/a>und Kanada profitieren von dem Terror, der sich implementiert hat, um die Territorien zu r\u00e4umen, genauso wie dieser Vertrag immerw\u00e4hrend die Besitzenteignung durch die Transnationalen legalisiert. Der, der mit den USA kommt, wird das Gleiche machen. Es hat ihm gedient und es wird ihm dienen und er wird ein Blut- und L\u00fcgenbad anrichten in Gespr\u00e4chen, die inmitten des Terrors stattfinden, w\u00e4hrend die Agenden des Widerstandes, der Territorien, der D\u00f6rfer, Prozesse und Reicht\u00fcmer zu Gunsten der Akkumulation des transnationalen Kapitals vernachl\u00e4ssigt werden. <\/span><\/p>\n

Es ist die gleiche Bombardierung wie die von OTAN in Libia<\/a> (Libyen). Der gleiche Krieg zwischen Tyrannen, damit das Volk alles verliert und sie das erhalten, f\u00fcr das sie gekommen sind. Sie verletzen keine Menschenrechte im Cauca. Oder nicht so wie sie verstanden und routinem\u00e4\u00dfig angeprangert werden, wie Massenmorde und Massaker. Sie sind, zusammengefasst, ein gigantischer Raub von Seiten der Bewaffneten. Der Cauca hat sich schon ausgeliefert, jetzt beginnt der Abbau der G\u00fcter. Vielleicht geben sie die eine oder andere Anstellung an enteignete AfrokolumbianerInnen oder Indigene. Mit Sicherheit nehmen sie ihnen das Leben bis hin zur W\u00fcrde und zum Gewissen. Fr\u00fcher nannte man das Faschismus. Heute nennt man es nicht mehr so, aber er wird angewendet. Nur dass heute die Gleichung auch den extremen Zwang, sich zu entscheiden, ob man sich ergibt oder massakriert wird, ob man sich ergibt oder versklavt und enteignet wird, inkludiert. <\/span><\/p>\n

Inzwischen sind die Leute vertrieben worden. Inzwischen kennen sie die Territorien. Inzwischen haben sie Verhandlungen und Vereinbarungen erzeugt, die diese Megaprojekte verbergen, w\u00e4hrend sie sich weiterentwickeln. Der Plan des Terrors und des Todes, der der Besetzung der Territorien, der des Plan Colombia ocupaci\u00f3n integral de los territorios, el del Plan Colombia<\/a>, bleibt im Blick. The people are getting bored of listening to the same thing over and over again. <\/span><\/p>\n
