Nuestras constancias y clamores se suceden sin que ninguna instancia del Estado muestre preocupaci\u00f3n alguna por el accionar intenso del paramilitarismo, como brazo armado que act\u00faa en plena coordinaci\u00f3n con los puntos de control de la fuerza p\u00fablica. Los paramilitares insisten en que nos sometamos a ellos bajo la amenaza de exterminarnos. No nos someteremos y hacemos una vez m\u00e1s responsable al Gobierno de todos los horrores a que nos tienen sometidos. El Presidente Santos ha estado informado minuciosamente de todos estos horrores y se niega a actuar. Las bases paramilitares siguen intactas y protegidas por la fuerza p\u00fablica. Continuamos dejando constancias para la historia y estamos seguros de que la gente consciente sigue caminando con nosotros en una resistencia moral ante tanta infamia. <\/p>\n
Dejamos constancia de los siguientes hechos:<\/strong><\/p>\n El lunes 14 de noviembre de 2011<\/strong>, hacia las 18:00 horas, 30 paramilitares llegaron a la vereda La Esperanza con armas largas y en trajes civiles, penetraron en las viviendas, entre ellas las de familias de nuestra Comunidad de Paz. Nuevamente repitieron su mensaje: los que no se sometan a ellos y trabajen con ellos, tendr\u00e1n que irse o morirse, Van a actuar en delante de manera m\u00e1s contundente.<\/p>\n El viernes 18 de noviembre de 2011<\/strong>, hacia las 16:00 horas, los paramilitares ingresaron de nuevo a la vereda La Esperanza, esta vez con trajes de camuflado y armas largas. Afirmaron que comenzar\u00edan a actuar m\u00e1s contundentemente.<\/p>\n El s\u00e1bado 19 y el domingo 20 de noviembre de 2011<\/strong>, durante todo el d\u00eda los paramilitares hicieron presencia en los caminos aleda\u00f1os a las veredas La Esperanza, Rodoxal\u00ed y El Porvenir. Instalaron retenes\u00a0 y se robaron los alimentos que la gente transportaba, afirmando que est\u00e1 prohibido llevar alimentos a las casas; que han decretado un bloqueo de alimentos y que el que incumpla estas disposiciones ser\u00e1 asesinado.<\/p>\n El martes 22 de Noviembre de 2011<\/strong>, hacia las 05:00 horas y hasta las 09:00 horas, se presentaron combates entre los paramilitares y la guerrilla en las veredas La Esperanza y Playa Larga, poniendo a la poblaci\u00f3n civil en medio del fuego. Varias familias tuvieron que huir de en medio del combate y salvar sus vidas. Nuevamente se evidencia que los paramilitares, quienes contin\u00faan actuando en estrecha unidad de acci\u00f3n con el Ej\u00e9rcito, buscan poner como ESCUDO a la poblaci\u00f3n civil, lo cual constituye un CRIMEN DE GUERRA. Hace tan solo una semana que denunciamos hechos similares y nuevamente se repiten.<\/p>\n Las familias de La Esperanza, as\u00ed como las de Rodoxal\u00ed, El Porvenir y veredas aleda\u00f1as, est\u00e1n en alt\u00edsimo riesgo. Varias familias quieren desplazarse. Por eso hacemos un llamado apremiante para que se intervenga ante el Gobierno central y se exija cesar el accionar paramilitar que es un accionar camuflado del Estado. La Comunidad de Paz se mantendr\u00e1 firme en sus lugares y no se someter\u00e1 de ning\u00fan modo a los dict\u00e1menes de estos criminales amparados por el Estado.<\/p>\n Comunidad de Paz de San Jos\u00e9 de Apartad\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n Noviembre 26 de 2011<\/p>\n Comunidad de Paz de San Jos\u00e9 de Apartad\u00f3 \u00a0<\/p>\n INGL\u00c9S:<\/strong><\/p>\n Our reports and alerts follow one after the other without any part of the State showing any concern for the intense actions of the paramilitaries, who act as an armed group in full coordination with the State security forces. The paramilitaries insist that we submit to them under the threat that they will destroy us. We will not submit, and once again we recognize the government as fully responsible for the horrors that they are subjecting us to. President Santos has been informed of all of these horrors in great detail and he refuses to act. The paramilitary bases are still intact and protected by the State security forces. We continue to publish reports for the historical record and we are sure that people of conscience continue with us in moral resistance to so much disgrace. We report the following events:<\/p>\n On Monday, November 14, 2011, around 6:00pm, 30 paramilitaries arrived in the rural district of La Esperanza with long guns and in civilian clothing. They entered people’s homes, including homes belonging to families that are part of our Peace Community. Once again they repeated their message: those who do not submit to them and work with them will have to leave or die; from now on they will act more forcefully.<\/p>\n On Friday, November 18, 2011, around 4pm, the paramilitaries entered the rural district of La Esperanza once again, this time in camouflage and carrying long guns. They repeated that they would start acting more forcefully.<\/p>\n On Saturday November 19 and Sunday November 20, 2011, the paramilitaries were present on the paths around the rural districts of La Esperanza, Rodoxal\u00ed and El Porvenir. They set up checkpoints and stole the food that people were carrying, saying that no one was allowed to bring food to the houses; they had decreed a food blockade and anyone who disobeyed these orders would be killed.<\/p>\n On Tuesday, November 22, 2011, around 5:00am and until 9:00am, there were battles between the paramilitaries and the guerrillas in the rural districts of La Esperanza and Playa Larga, and the civilian population was stuck in the middle. Several families had to flee in the middle of the battle to save their lives. Once again we see evidence of how the paramilitaries, who continue to act in close coordination with the Army, try to use the civilian population as a SHIELD, which is a WAR CRIME. Only a week ago we denounced similar events and once again they are repeated.<\/p>\n The families of La Esperanza, Rodoxal\u00ed, El Porvenir and surrounding districts are at great risk. Several families are at risk of becoming forcibly displaced. Therefore we we make an urgent call for pressure on the central government demanding an end to paramilitary action, which is really camouflaged State action.
