\tEn cumplimiento de los principios culturales y territoriales, en el ejercicio de la Autonom\u00eda como pueblos ind\u00edgenas del territorio y siguiendo nuestros mandatos, estamos en proceso de Liberaci\u00f3n de nuestra madre tierra en el predio la Emperatriz con el fin de restablecer la Armon\u00eda y el Equilibrio en nuestro territorio. Pero hacer valer nuestros derechos tiene un costo elevado en nuestro pa\u00eds y desde que comenzamos el proceso, el n\u00famero de amenazas, persecuciones, procesos judiciales, estigmatizaciones y heridos van en incremento. <\/div>\n

\tCon mucho dolor, indignaci\u00f3n y repudio manifestamos nuestra voz de rechazo ante las agresiones, amenazas, se\u00f1alamientos y muerte de nuestro comunero SIBERSTON  GUILLERMO PAVI RAMOS<\/strong> quien a manos de la fuerza p\u00fablica muri\u00f3 por herida de bala.<\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tGuillermo Pavi Ramos era un joven de 18 a\u00f1os hijo de Guillermo Pav\u00ed l\u00edder Ind\u00edgena que fue asesinado por las FARC en diciembre de 2000 y como su padre viv\u00eda en la vereda el P\u00edlamo del resguardo de L\u00f3pez Adentro y como todo el pueblo tambi\u00e9n buscaba liberar la madre tierra pero una bala asesina ceg\u00f3 la ilusi\u00f3n de este joven quien deja hu\u00e9rfana a su hija de 9 meses de edad.<\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tSiberston Guillermo Pavi Ramos en vida era integrante de la guardia ind\u00edgena y actualmente se encontraba participando del movimiento juvenil. En sus tiempos libres lo dedicaba al f\u00fatbol. <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tHECHOS.<\/strong><\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\t\uf076 Desde el d\u00eda 5 de marzo de 2015 la comunidad del Resguardo de Huellas, T\u00f3ez y L\u00f3pez Adentro se encuentra de nuevo en el ejercicio de Liberaci\u00f3n de la madre tierra y como respuesta del gobierno de turno llevamos hasta el momento 45 heridos de los cuales 23 han sido de car\u00e1cter grave. <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\t\uf076 En horas de la tarde del d\u00eda 10 de abril de 2015 a eso de las 2:15 pm la comunidad se encontraban resistiendo a los ataques del ESMAD cuando Guillermo fue herido por un impacto de bala disparada desde las trincheras organizada por la fuerza p\u00fablica dentro y fuera de la finca. <\/span><\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\t\uf076 Desde la tanqueta la fuerza p\u00fablica se encontraba disparando gases lacrim\u00f3genos pero tambi\u00e9n se dispara armas no convencionales y armas de fuego.<\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\t\uf076 El comunero fue traslado de inmediato al centro de salud pero ante la inestabilidad de los signos vitales el personal de salud decide de inmediato remitir a la ESE norte de Caloto, quien a su vez remite de urgencia a Guillermo al hospital Francisco de Paula Santander pero ante la gravedad de su herida, falleci\u00f3 y no pudo ser atendido.<\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tAnte los hechos de agresi\u00f3n f\u00edsica, la comunidad y sus autoridades deciden realizar una marcha simb\u00f3lica desde el caso urbano de Caloto y realizar el velorio en el predio de la Emperatriz por tanto:<\/div>\n

\tExigimos<\/strong><\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\t\uf076 Al ministro de defensa para que ordene a sus hombres de manera inmediata el cese de los ataques indiscriminados por parte de la fuerza p\u00fablica<\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\t\uf076 A la fiscal\u00eda y todos los entes de control para que agilicen la investigaci\u00f3n de la muerte de Siberston  Guillermo Pav\u00ed Ramos<\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\t\uf076 Al gobierno de turno para que revise las recomendaciones de la comisi\u00f3n interamericana de derechos humanos por el caso de la masacre del Nilo. No debemos olvidar que la masacre del Nilo fue planeada en la finca la Emperatriz.<\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\t\uf076 Al gobierno de turno para que agilice el proceso de extinci\u00f3n de dominio a falta de la voluntad pol\u00edtica de los due\u00f1os del predio muy a pesar de que la sangre de dos comuneros Lorenzo Largo y hoy Guillermo se encuentra sembrada en el predio. <\/div>\n

\t\uf076 A los entes de control y organismos de derechos humanos del nivel local, regional y nacional para que garanticen la entrada de la comunidad a la finca de la Emperatriz <\/div>\n

\t\uf076 A la cruz roja internacional para que verifique y acompa\u00f1e a la comunidad que se encuentra en el ejercicio de Liberaci\u00f3n<\/div>\n

\tConvocamos a la comunidad ind\u00edgena y dem\u00e1s sectores sociales y populares a seguir liberando la madre tierra como principio fundamental para conseguir la tan anhelada paz<\/div>\n

\t\tONCE AGAIN, THE BLOOD OF NASA PEOPLE IS SPILLED IN THE STRUGGLE FOR THEIR TERRITORIAL RIGHTS.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tFollowing the Cultural and territorial principles; in the exercise of our Autonomy as Indigenous Peoples of this territory and following the mandates of our people, we are in the process of Liberating Mother Earth on the ranch of Emperatriz. <\/div>\n
\t\tWe want to do this to reestablish Harmony and Balance on our territory. <\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tBut the fact of exercising our rights has en enormous cost in our country and since the beginning of this process the number of threats, persecutions, judicial charges, humiliations and the number of injured Nasa people are increasing. <\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tWith great sadness and indignation we raise our voice to repudiate the aggressions, threats, marking and death of our community member SIBERSTON GUILLERMO PAVI RAMOS who was killed by a bullet shot by the police force.<\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tGuillermo Pavi Ramos was 18 years old.  Hi was the son of Guillermo Pav\u00ed, an Indigenous leader that was murdered by the FARC in December 2000.  As his father, Fiderson also lived in the Pilamo sector of the Resguardo L\u00f3pez Adentro. He, as the entire Nasa people, also wanted to liberate Mother Earth, but a bullet murdered him and his aspirations. His nine-month old daughter is now fatherless.  Fiderson Guillermo Pavi Ramos was member of the Indigenous Guard and part of the Youth movement. During his free time liked to play soccer.<\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tFACTS<\/strong><\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\t– <\/span>From March 5, 2015 the communities of Resguardo de Huellas, T\u00f3ez y L\u00f3pez Adentro joined again the movement of Liberation of Mother Earth. The violence was the answer from the government and it resulted up to now, on 45 injured, 23 of them, seriously.<\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tOn April 10, 2015, at around 2.15 pm the community was resisting the attacks of the ESMAD when Guillermo was injured by a bullet shot from the trenches organized by the police inside and outside the ranch.<\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tFrom the armored personnel carrier the police was shooting gas bombs, but also non-conventional weapons and firearms. <\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tThe community member was immediately taken to the health center but as his vital signs were unstable the medical staff decided immediately to taken him to the ESE Caloto North, at that moment seeing the emergency situation of Guillermo, it was decided to send him to the Hospital Francisco de Paula Santander.  Guillermo\u2019s injury was so serious that he died before getting attention at the hospital. <\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tIn front of the physical aggression, the community and its authorities has decided to organize a symbolic march from Caloto to the Ranch Emperatriz and have the wake of Guillermo there.  Therefore:<\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tWE DEMAND:<\/strong><\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tTo the Minister of Defense to order his men that immediately stop all arbitrary attacks by the police forces. <\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tTo the Public Prosecutor office and all entities of control, to speed the investigation of the death of Siberston  Guillermo Pav\u00ed Ramos.<\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tTo the current government, to review the recommendations of the Inter-American Commission of Human Rights on the case of the Nilo massacre. We shouldn\u2019t forget that the Nilo massacre was planned in the Emperatriz ranch.<\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tTo the current government, to speed up the process of extinction of the dominion control, because the lack of political will from the ranch owners, despite that the blood of the community members Lorenzo Largo and today, Guillermo, are spilled on that ranch.<\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tWE REQUEST<\/strong><\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tTo the entities of control and the local, regional and national Human Rights organizations to guarantee the entry of the community to the ranch the Emperatriz<\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tTo the International Red Cross to verify and accompany the community that are exercising their rights of Liberation<\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tWe call upon Indigenous community and other social and popular sectors to continue to liberate Mother Earth as a fundamental principle to reach the much-desired peace.<\/div>\n
