\tInformamos a la comunidad y la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica que las p\u00e1ginas web nasaacin.org, pueblosencamino.org, orewa.org.co, somosdefensores.org, entre otras p\u00e1ginas web de las organizaciones ind\u00edgenas, sociales y afros de Colombia, que se encuentran alojadas en el servidor del Proceso de Comunidades Negras – PCN, dejaron de funcionar durante la ma\u00f1ana del d\u00eda 2 de marzo del presente a\u00f1o, despu\u00e9s de sufrir un ataque t\u00e9cnico a la estructura de seguridad del servidor.<\/div>\n

\t\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\t\tEstos hechos se presentan en momentos de emergencia en los que se est\u00e1 visibilizando todo lo que ocurre en los diferentes puntos de concentraci\u00f3n donde se llevan a cabo las acciones Liberaci\u00f3n de la Madre Tierra, en el norte del Cauca.<\/div>\n
\t\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\t\tNo es la primera vez que nasaacin.org deja de funcionar. Esto ha sucedido siempre que hay acciones de control territorial de parte de las comunidades ind\u00edgenas. El Tejido de Comunicaci\u00f3n visibiliza la voz de las comunidades que resisten a las pol\u00edticas extractivas y de libre mercado, en este caso a la industria del monocultivo de ca\u00f1a Incauca, que junto al aparato militar y legislativo, han despojado a las comunidades ind\u00edgenas. Existe el inter\u00e9s por parte de varios sectores privados y oficiales del pa\u00eds, en que no se conozcan los reclamos y las denuncias de la gente; por tal raz\u00f3n, aparte de los ataques inform\u00e1ticos, hemos recibido amenazas<\/a> en panfletos y v\u00eda celular en repetidas ocasiones.<\/div>\n
\t\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\t\tDenunciamos estos hechos y ratificamos nuestra posici\u00f3n de seguir visibilizando las acciones de control territorial que llevan a cabo nuestras comunidades para contrarrestar la miseria, el terror y el despojo que ha tra\u00eddo la pol\u00edtica minero energ\u00e9tica del Gobierno Santos. En el Cauca, en el pa\u00eds y en el mundo se tienen que conocer las violaciones a los DDHH de las comunidades, los graves da\u00f1os al equilibrio de la tierra que han llegado con las pol\u00edticas de este gobierno, entregado a la protecci\u00f3n de la inversi\u00f3n extranjera sobre la soberan\u00eda del pa\u00eds.<\/div>\n

\t\t\tEn los momentos en que recuperamos el funcionamiento de nuestra p\u00e1gina web sufrimos nuevamente el da\u00f1o t\u00e9cnico en los equipos de Radio Pa\u00b4yumat que se encuentran en el cerro de Munchique del Municipio de Santander de Quilichao. Cabe de recordar que el a\u00f1o pasado buscamos el apoyo de nuestras organizaciones ind\u00edgenas para el mantenimiento de los equipos de Radio pa\u00b4yumat, a trav\u00e9s de una minga de apoyo<\/a>, para evitar que este da\u00f1o suceda. Sien embargo esta convocatoria no tuvo mayor respuesta y hoy tenemos estos resultados.<\/div>\n

\t\t\tFrente a la desinformaci\u00f3n y las campa\u00f1as de desprestigio que emprenden los medios masivos contra las acciones de control territorial de nuestras comunidades ind\u00edgenas, es vital contar con el normal funcionamiento de nuestros medios comunitarios. Convocamos el apoyo y la difusi\u00f3n de las acciones de la Liberaci\u00f3n de la Madre Tierra.<\/div>\n

\t\t\t\tCAUCA – COLOMBIA: CYBER-ATTACKS AGAINST COMMUNITY MEDIA<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

\t\t\t\tWe inform the community and the public that the websites nasaacin.org, pueblosencamino.org, orewa.org.co, somosdefensores.org, among other sites of Colombian indigenous, social and afros organizations, which are housed in the server Process of Black Communities, PCN, broke down in the morning of March 2 this year, after suffering a technical attack on the server security structure.<\/div>\n
\t\t\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\t\t\tThis situation happens in moments of emergency, when we are informing all what happens at different points of concentrations where we are carrying on actions of liberation of the mother earth in northern Cauca.   <\/div>\n
\t\t\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\t\t\tIt is not the first time that nasaacin.org is sabotaged. This always happens when there are actions of territorial control launched by the indigenous communities.  The Tejido de Comunicacion spread the voice of the communities that resist extractive and free market policies. In this case, we were denouncing the powerful company of sugarcane Incauca, working with the military and judicial apparatus, for dispossessing our indigenous communities. Some private and governmental sectors are not interested on the divulgation of information related to the denunciations and grievances of the indigenous communities. Therefore, in addition to cyber-attacks, we have received frequently death threats via cellphone.  <\/div>\n
\t\t\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\t\t\tWe denounce these problems and confirm our commitment with making visible the actions of territorial control and all the initiatives in defense of life carried by our communities to counteract the mining policies of the Santos government, which are sterilizing the land with monocrops, the mining exploitation, and the construction of dams. These policies are displacing indigenous communities and giving away to private sectors our country\u2019s sovereignty.   <\/div>\n
\t\t\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\t\t\tAt this moment when our website started to work again, the equipment of our radio station, located at the Munchique Mountain in Santander de Quilichiao, suffered one more time a technical problem. It is important to remind that last year we sought for support from our indigenous organizations for the maintenance of Radio Payu\u2019mat equipment through a \u201cminga de apoyo\u201d in order to prevent technical problems. Unfortunately, that call did not have an answer and today we have this result.  <\/div>\n
\t\t\t\tIt is crucial the normal functioning of our community media to counteract the disinformation and smear campaigns undertaking by mass media against the actions of territorial control of our indigenous communities. We call for the support and the dissemination of the actions of the Liberation of Mother Earth.<\/div>\n
