\tHEMOS DETERMINADO DECIRLE NO A LA PERFORACAION DE CUATRO POZOS DIAMANTINA  Y A LA MINERIA EN GENERAL DENTRO DE NUESTRO TERRITORIO<\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tDeterminamos as\u00ed porque nuestro territorio es sagrado y de este depende nuestra vida y la de las pr\u00f3ximas generaciones del alto medio, bajo Putumayo y la Amazonia colombiana: reafirmamos el mandato del 26 de junio y 16 de Julio de 2010. En donde protocolizamos la defensa y respeto por nuestro territorio. Por lo anterior decidimos que:<\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\t1.   <\/strong>  En respeto a nuestro derecho mayor y nuestra autonom\u00eda, invalidamos los permisos que han otorgado las autoridades pasadas a Angloamerican Pcl  o cualquier otra empresa, por desconocimiento y presi\u00f3n de las mismas, ya que se han vulnerado los derechos colectivos.<\/div>\n
\t2.  <\/strong>   Invalidamos el Proceso de Consulta previa, por los vicios de procedimiento y porque no tienen consentimiento previo, libre e informado. Y lo mas importante. No estamos dispuestos a desgastarle el tiempo a los intereses extractivo de Angloamerican.<\/div>\n
\t3. <\/strong>     En definitivo. Decidimos unilateralmente NO A LA PERFORACION DE LOS CUATRO POZOZ, A EXTRACCION MINERA POR ANGLOAMERICAN O CUALQUIER EMPRESA EN NUESTRO TERRITORIO.<\/div>\n
\t4. <\/strong>    Ninguna Autoridad INGA Y KAMENTSA en adelante podr\u00e1 hacer lo contrario a nuestra decisi\u00f3n, poniendo en riesgo los derechos colectivos de nuestros pueblos, a la integridad y el equilibrio de nuestros territorios ancestrales por pretensiones mineras.<\/div>\n
