\tEl COMITE DE LA AGUA Y LA VIDA DE BUENAVENTURA, desea, para este  a\u00f1o nuevo, la unidad y la decisi\u00f3n de <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tlucha del pueblo para afrontar y lograr la soluci\u00f3n definitiva a la problem\u00e1tica del agua y el alcantarillado de <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tBuenaventura.<\/div>\n

\tMuchos pobladores pasamos la navidad  y el fin de a\u00f1o sin agua potable en nuestras casas y muchos m\u00e1s <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\themos iniciado el a\u00f1o nuevo sin el vital liquida.<\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tLa falta de voluntad pol\u00edtica de la administraci\u00f3n que acaba de terminar, fue evidente a pesar que con la <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tmovilizaci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda en barrios y fundamentalmente con la multitudinaria marcha,  el plant\u00f3n del <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\t2014,  la tenacidad y persistencia del Comit\u00e9 del agua y las dem\u00e1s organizaciones sociales de Buenaventura,  <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tlogramos que el Gobierno Nacional se comprometieran a financiar las obras necesarias para solucionar el <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tproblema.<\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tEl Gobierno Nacional incumpli\u00f3 los compromisos adquiridos en varias ocasiones, entre ellos la consigna 24 por <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\t24,  el \u00faltimo  fue el cronograma de trabajo aprobados en el mes  de Julio del 2015 de licitar y contratar las <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tobras  para afrontar los 4 problemas claves que tiene el acueducto, (Planta de tratamiento de Escalerete, <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\ttuber\u00edas de conducci\u00f3n, planta de tratamiento de Venecia y tanques de almacenamientos),  solo cumpli\u00f3 con <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tla contrataci\u00f3n de la mejora de la planta de tratamiento de Venecia, pero  que est\u00e1 trabajando a un ritmo muy <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tlento. Las dem\u00e1s obras no se iniciaron en los plazos acordados.<\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tPara el colmo, Hidropacifico est\u00e1 solicitando 10 a\u00f1os m\u00e1s de  ampliaci\u00f3n del contrato. Es decir que tendr\u00edamos <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tque soportarlos  los 4 a\u00f1os que le faltan del contrato actual, y los que est\u00e1 solicitando para UN TOTAL DE 14 <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tA\u00d1OS M\u00c1S DE MALOS SERVICIOS, ATROPELLOS, EXCUSAS, MENTIRAS Y EXPLOTACION.<\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tEstamos haciendo un llamado a la poblaci\u00f3n de unidad y movilizaci\u00f3n por el derecho al agua y el saneamiento <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tb\u00e1sico. <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tA la nueva administraci\u00f3n le solicitamos  afrontar con decisi\u00f3n y firmeza  la soluci\u00f3n de este problema con la <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tseguridad que este Comit\u00e9 y el pueblo de Buenaventura lo acompa\u00f1aran.<\/div>\n

\tExigiremos al Gobierno Nacional de Juan Manuel Santos el cumplimiento de los acuerdos y compromisos con <\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
